Michelle is a Christian financial planner who helps to educate and train individuals and families on financial principles. She has a degree from the University of Georgia and has earned her CFP® certification. She is happily married to her husband, Marcus, a Navy Chief, who has served for over 20 years. Michelle loves applying Biblical truth to real-life situations and finds ways to challenge even the most mature believer.
In the first half of the episode, both ladies share their backgrounds and experiences with poverty and the challenges involved in now having certain degrees of privilege. In the second half of the episode, they dissect Coleman Hughes recent article on Quillete Magazine titled, Black American Culture and the Racial Wealth Gap.
